Holli Brice

Hello, my name is Holli and my pronouns are she/her/hers.

I graduated from East Tennessee State University with my bachelor’s in Social Work in 2011 and graduated with my master’s in Social Work in 2013. I have over 10 years of experience providing support to individuals, families, and couples. I believe that every person who enters therapy has a story that deserves to be heard and honored. My approach to therapy is strengths based and holistic. I tailor a plan collaboratively with each client that takes into account one’s own individual needs with the goal of being mindful of the complexities that make each person unique.

I am EMDR trained and I utilize this modality to address issues related to experiences of trauma, anxiety, and depression. For some, EMDR can provide relief around presenting issues in very few sessions. It is different than other therapies in that it is not talk therapy and does not require one to speak in depth of their trauma experience in detail in order to be effective.

I see my role as a therapist as one who encourages others to recognize their ability to heal and to provide a space where clients can discover and explore paths that lead to their highest good.
